How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. The Subscriptions button in Settings on iPhone.
5. Tap the subscription.
6. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Apple does not allow developers (LIGHTLINK) to cancel your subscription for you unilaterally. You must manage your subscriptions by following the steps above. 

1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the instructions.
