Why isn't my Nanoleaf device detected?

If your Nanoleaf device isn't detected in LIGHTLINK there are a couple of settings to check. 

1. Check to see if your Nanoleaf device is set up in the Nanoleaf app for iOS or Android. 


- If Yes, move to step 2. In no, connect your Nanoleaf first in the Nanoleaf app. Make sure all firmware updates are applied to your Nanoleaf device. Close the Nanoleaf app. 

2. Check to see if your Nanoleaf device is connected to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network. 

3. Check to see that the device you are running LIGHTLINK on is the same as your Nanoleaf. For example, your computer is connected to the Wifi network "mynetwork_2.4" and your Nanoleaf is connected to "mynetwork_2.4"

4. Make sure you are not running a VPN on your computer or phone. This will mask your Nanoleaf from LIGHTLINK and disable the connection.
